Our Story

Hiwa, Founder of NeoCru

Hi, I’m Hiwa — founder of NeoCru.

I came up with the idea for NeoCru when I was on the other side: applying for English-speaking jobs in the Netherlands. Too many listings were vague or incomplete. I never knew if I was eligible, if the company supported visas, or even if they’d consider a non-Dutch speaker. There was no way to sort jobs properly — even platforms like LinkedIn made it hard to find relevant roles.

Later, when I joined Allianz, I saw that companies were struggling too. Recruiters were overwhelmed, missing good candidates, and juggling multiple platforms and email threads.

So I built NeoCru — a platform that helps both sides work better together.
