What happens after I request beta access?

We review each request manually and activate your access as soon as possible. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your login link and next steps.

Do I need to add payment information?

No credit card is required. NeoCru Beta is free to use while we gather feedback and improve the experience together.

Why do you not ask for cookies?

We keep data collection to the essentials and never share it outside NeoCru. Only what’s needed to run the site is stored, so no cookie consent is required.

Why do you review signups manually?

We check each signup to ensure all users are genuine recruiters or companies. It helps us maintain a professional and trusted testing environment.

How do you handle data and security?

We follow EU GDPR standards. All data is hosted on Google Cloud and Heroku with strong security practices such as encryption, scoped access, and isolated environments. We do not sell or share your data with anyone for non-functional purposes.

Do you use OpenAI and is my data used to train models?

NeoCru uses OpenAI only to generate evaluations and candidate summaries. We explicitly prevent OpenAI from using any data to train their models.
